One of the most important factors of getting a perfect six pack is diet. The truth is we all have a six pack, but the deciding factor on whether we can see it or not is our body fat level. It all depends on what works best for you, perhaps you have trouble keeping a really strict diet, in which case increasing your exercise levels will work best for you. Diet for a six pack is a definite important factor that should not be overlooked, remember that making changes slowly usually works best, jumping from 4000 calories a day to 2000 is not only a bad idea but also very unlikely to last longer than day! Change your diet up slowly whilst at the same time keep your six pack training intense and consistent! Doing this will ensure you have your 6 pack body in no time.
