Hopefully you've read a lot of the information here and you’re now ready to start your six pack training and get that perfect six pack! However here are some additional six pack tips to help you along the way.
- Train with intensity! This is a very important thing to remember, if you are going to really build up your six pack body then you need to focus on training hard, this is exactly the reason why hundreds of sit ups are useless, if you are going to do sit-ups you need to add intensity by using weight, only then will you see that sit-ups can be effective!
- - Don’t over train! If you want that perfect six pack you must remember that your muscles do not grow in the gym, they grow when they are resting! You must give them adequate rest and nutrition, never train your abs two days in a row; always have at least a days rest.
- Set yourself a goal! Always have a goal, if you want that sexy six pack you need to ensure you stay motivated! You can set yourself a goal to add more weight each time, or to increase reps! Remember that your body will soon adapt to a training regime so you must change the training variables to ensure you do not plateau!

- Be consistent with your diet and count your calories! I've already mentioned that you must have a diet for a six pack to have success; this does not necessarily mean you need to cut out all nice food; you just have to be creative and make a few changes!
- Be consistent with your six pack training! Never give up, get yourself into the routine and stick with it! If you can do this then you are already half way there to your 6 pack body!
